I started OCP because I couldn’t find a project coordinator who truly understood the role.
I needed someone who would:
- Take care of a project as if it were their own
- Understand the importance of clear client communication
- Keep communication clear and consistent
- Document and schedule properly
- Spot and resolve issues early
- Protect the builder’s margin and reputation
After years of working without that standard, I realised something important:
If I couldn’t find it, I needed to build it.
